Network Tweaks - Prevent network connection popup balloon
The only way I know to prevent this particular popup is:
Control Panel
->
Network and Internet Connections
->
Network Connections
.
Right-click the connection and press
Properties
.
Select the
General
tab.
Uncheck the
Show icon in notification area when connected box
.
Press
Apply
and
OK
.
